I am in the process of developing a radio program on the subject of interviewing, job search, and career management. Based on my experience with the many people I’ve coached over a ten-year period, my program will focus on a subject that sorely needs addressing. This is true for two reasons:
- Millions of Americans are out of work and are seeking to re-enter the work force.
- Almost everyone botches their interview because they are approaching it the wrong way. BUT, once they use the right techniques and strategies they have an enormous competitive advantage.
The details of the program, from its name to its time and place, are being worked out. But I will post them as soon as they are.
