To cultivate recognition of the personal and organizational benefits of taking self-responsibility for dealing with personal and organizational change.

Summary:

Based on the core concepts of Tom Payne's book, From the Inside Out: How to Create and Survive a Culture of Change, the session, FROM THE INSIDE OUT, probes the "why's" of change and the impact of personal responsibility on the commitment to effective transition. The program also explores major roadblocks to productive individual, team, and organizational evolution while proposing unique skills for personal and professional success in a changing world.
